Public Information Requests
All requests for public information must be submitted in writing by U.S. mail, telecopier, or email, and must be addressed to the Board’s Officer for Public Information.  Only written requests trigger the Board’s obligations under the Public Information Act, and requests made via the telephone will not be accepted.  Requests for public information sent via email should be sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Please note that any email request to this agency will not be sent via a secure connection, and therefore any information sent to the Board by email is subject to interception by third parties.
 
A request for public information should be for documents or other information that is already in existence.  The Board is not required to answer questions, perform legal research, or comply with a continuing request to supply information on a periodic basis as such information is prepared in the future.
